Whatever happened to:

So Others May Live

Barefoot Joe – was hired by the Park system to give aerial tours of the Dry Tortugas. He loves regaling the sightseers how he and Co-pilot Jimmy Legs saved the day at the Battle of Fort Jefferson.

Jimmy Legs – he’s taking flying Lessons. I’m kidding. That would be just crazy now, wouldn’t it? Jimmy won’t fly unless his ensemble is on. Oh, yea there’s a plaque when you board the plane about the word mango.

Jolene the Croc – she was found beached adjacent to Fort Jefferson with a massive tummy ache from silver buckle indigestion. She also had an addiction to cartel-grade cocaine. The good folks at the Marathon Reptile Hospital fixed her up and now she’s resting comfortably in the cooling canals of Turkey Point Nuclear power plant.

Carmen – would you believe they put her in the same holding cell that Rik and Billy occupied? Big mistake. She found the secret door. Escaped, swam to Loggerhead Key where a narco sub spirited her to Colombia. Who knows if we’ll see her again?

Tony – The USCG looked past his transgressions in light of extenuating circumstances. Safe to say he’s going to stick to single rotor helo’s from now on.

Erica – Don’t you worry about her. She’s now the coolest kid in school. She has an empire of Mango products on QVC and college is well taken care of.

Billy – Billy and the Debauched got an amazing gig opening for Ozzy Osbourne’s seventy-five city, World Comeback Tour! After the first night Billy and the band were asked to leave the tour. Something about debauching an inflatable flamingo.

Dee Toxin – She’s now a nun. Yea right. She instructed Billy to propose to her. Can’t wait for the cute couple to “tie the knot” if you know what I mean.

Gus – Gus could be the happiest man in this whole escapade. He created a LinkedIn page offering his services as a Certified Breast Beauty Pageant Judge. No offers yet but he’s optimistic.

Left Eye Louie – last seen at an underground tattoo parlor negotiating the film rights to the “Battle of Fort Jefferson.”

The Toucano’s – Chief Cypress and Kenny got to the auction site in time. They are fine… for now.

Jax – no word on Jax other than he’s at peace. Among dozens of unmarked cartel graves.

Lieutenant Wright – she and Rik are on a strict exercise plan after too many visits to Knaus Berry Farm.

Rik – His journey continues in the next Rik Duval adventure series installment: Poison Wind – Revenge is in the Air.
